Unlock the Power of Type

Emotional intelligence (EI), emotional leadership (EL), emotional quotient (EQ) and emotional intelligence quotient (EIQ), is the capability of individuals to recognize their own emotions and those of others, discern between different feelings and label them appropriately, use emotional information to guide thinking and behavior, and manage and/or adjust emotions to adapt to environments or achieve one's goal(s).

Whether you are an experienced senior executive or just beginning your career, certain behavioral patterns may have worked to get you where you are. Over time, these same patterns may have sometimes been an obstacle, too. The Enneagram functions as a tool to provide self-insight for the individual and promote better communication in group dynamics, resulting in a high-functioning team and stronger bottom line. Specifically, it:

  • Gives you a sense of your many positive attributes, along with a few stumbling blocks that you may even already be aware of, along with ways to build upon what is working and how to become aware of what is not.
  • Acts as a conduit for stronger top line revenue and a more muscular gross operating profit by supporting individual and team growth, with everyone able to work at an optimal level.

When you strategically invest in your employees, you attract and keep all the best candidates, and you also build a strong work culture unafraid of innovation, change, failure, and success. Employees take the bull by its horns and run with ideas, instead of running away from problems.
